①気象警報発表時の対応

近年、大雨や暴風などの異常気象が増えていることから、会員の皆様の安全を最優先に考え、気象警報発表時の対応を下記のとおりといたします。※当日の個別連絡は行いません。気象警報の発表状況は各自でご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。

※対象となる警報（枚方市に以下の警報・情報のいずれかが発表された場合、レッスンは休講となります。）

【特別警報、暴風警報、暴風雪警報、洪水警報、レベル4大雨警報、レベル4河川氾濫警報、レベル4土砂災害警報】

【レッスンの対応】（火曜日～土曜日）

■ 午前10時の時点で対象警報が発表されている場合

➡ その日の午前のクラス11:30～12:30・1２：４０～13:40・13:50～14:50を休講とします。

 

■ 午後15時以降に対象警報が発表された場合

➡その日の16時以降のレッスンをすべて休講とします。

 

■ レッスン中に対象警報が発表された場合

➡ そのレッスンまでは実施し、次のレッスンから休講となります。

 

【振替について】

■ スクール都合で休講となった場合

振替レッスンをご利用いただけます。振替期限：休講日から2か月以内。振替レッスンの日も対象警報で休講になった場合、再度振替レッスンをご利用いただけます。

振替期限は、最初の休講日から2か月以内となります。

皆様の安全を第一に運営してまいります。

②地震発生時におけるスクール対応

　枚方市において、震度５弱以上の地震が発生した場合、会員様の安全のため、下記の措置をとりますので、市のホームページ等の情報をご確認頂き、ご留意くださいますようよろしくお願いいたします(※当日の連絡は行いませんのでご注意下さい)。

【震度５弱以上の地震が発生した場合】

●前日の19:00~翌日8:00までに発生した場合は、当日のレッスンを休講

例）7/7(水）４：００発生⇒7/7(水）休講

　 7/7（水）２０：００発生⇒7/８(木）休講

●日祝及びその前日の１９：００以降に発生した場合は、休日明けを休講

例）祝日に発生の場合→11/3(水・祝）９：００発生⇒11/4(木）休講

　 日曜日に発生の場合→11/7(日）９：００発生⇒11/8(月）休講

　 日祝の前日１９：００以降の場合→11/6(土）２０：００発生⇒11/8(月）休講

※休講の場合は全レッスン振替対象となります(振替期限：休講日から2ヶ月)

※振替を入れたレッスンが上記対象により休講となった場合は、キャンセルして再振替ができます(振替期限の変更はなく、欠席日から２ヶ月となります).

 

 

①How to respond when a weather warning is issued

 Due to the increasing number of severe weather events such as heavy rain and strong winds in recent years, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety of all our members.

Please note: We will not contact members individually on the day of severe weather. Please check weather warnings and emergency information yourself.

Lessons will be cancelled if any of the following warnings or emergency alerts are issued for Hirakata City:

• Special Emergency Warning/Storm Warning/Blizzard Warning/Flood Warning/Level 4 Heavy Rain Alert/Level 4 River Flood Alert/Level 4 Landslide Alertre

Lesson Schedule (Tuesday–Saturday)

●If a qualifying warning is in effect at 10:00 a.m.

The following classes will be cancelled:11:30–12:30・12:40–1３:40・1３:50–１４:50

●If a qualifying warning is issued at or after 3:00 p.m. 

All lessons scheduled from 4:00 p.m. onward will be cancelled.

●If a qualifying warning is issued during a lesson

The lesson already in progress will continue as scheduled. All following lessons will be cancelled.

 If a lesson is cancelled due to severe weather, you may take a make-up lesson.

Make-up Lessons

If a lesson is cancelled due to severe weather, you may take a make-up lesson.

Make-up lesson deadline: Within 2 months of the original cancelled lesson.

If your make-up lesson is also cancelled due to a qualifying weather warning, you may reschedule it again.

The make-up lesson deadline will still remain within 2 months of the original cancelled lesson.

The safety of our members is our highest priority.

②School Response in the Event of an Earthquake

In the event that an earthquake with a seismic intensity of 5 or higher occurs in Hirakata City, we will implement the following measures to ensure the safety of our members. Please check the city’s official website and other information sources for updates, and take note of the following (Please note that no individual contact will be made on the day of the earthquake).

【When an earthquake of seismic intensity 5 or higher occurs in Hirakata City】

①If the earthquake occurs between 7:00 PM the previous day and 8:00 AM the same day, all lessons for that day will be canceled.

EX) Earthquake on 7/7 (Wed) at 4:00 AM → Lessons canceled on 7/7(Wed)

EX) Earthquake on 7/7 (Wed) at 8:00 PM → Lessons canceled on7/8(Thu)

②If the earthquake occurs on a national holiday or after 7:00 PM on the day before a holiday, the next business day will be canceled.　

EX)Earthquake on a national holiday → 11/3 (Wed, Holiday) at 9:00 AM → Lessons canceled on 11/4 (Thu)
EX)Earthquake on a Sunday → 11/7 (Sun) at 9:00 AM → Lessons canceled on 11/8 (Mon)
EX)Earthquake after 7:00 PM the day before a holiday → 11/6 (Sat) at 8:00 PM → Lessons canceled on 11/8 (Mon)

※ All canceled lessons can be rescheduled (Make-up period: within 2 months from the date of cancellation).
※ If your make-up lesson is canceled due to the above conditions, it can be canceled and rescheduled again (The make-up period remains within 2 months from the original absence).
