①気象警報発表時の対応について

　昨今、異常な大雨や暴風等、今までにないような異常気象が散見されております。
つきましては、気象庁より枚方市に以下の警報が発表されたときのスクール開講、休講についてお知らせ致します。会員様の安全確保のため、下記の措置をとりますので、ご留意くださいますようよろしくお願いいたします。（※当日の連絡は行いませんのでご注意下さい）

【対象警報・・・特別警報、暴風警報、暴風雪警報、洪水警報】

火曜日～土曜日

※休講の場合は全クラス振替対象となります。（振替期限：休講日から２ヶ月）

※振替を入れたクラスが上記対象警報により休講になった場合は、キャンセルして
再振替ができます。（振替期限の変更はなく、欠席日から２ヶ月となります）

②地震発生時におけるスクール対応について

　枚方市において、震度５弱以上の地震が発生した場合、会員様の安全のため、下記の措置をとりますので、市のホームページ等の情報をご確認頂き、ご留意くださいますようよろしくお願いいたします。(※当日の連絡は行いませんのでご注意下さい)

 (枚方市に震度５弱以上の地震が発生)

①   前日の19:00~翌日8:00までに発生した場合は、当日のレッスンを休講

　　例：7/7(水）４：００発生⇒7/7(水）休講

　　　7/7（水）２０：００発生⇒7/８(木）休講

②　日祝及びその前日の１９：００以降に発生した場合は、休日明けを休講

　　例：祝日に発生の場合→11/3(水・祝）９：００発生⇒11/4(木）休講

　　     日曜日に発生の場合→11/7(日）９：００発生⇒11/8(月）休講

　　     日祝の前日１９：００以降の場合→11/6(土）２０：００発生⇒11/8(月）休講

②How to respond when a weather warning is issued 

Recently, we have seen unprecedented abnormal weather, such as abnormal heavy rain and strong winds.

We would like to inform you about school opening and cancellation when the following warnings are issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency in Hirakata City. In order to ensure the safety of our members, we will take the following measures, so please be aware of them.

In the event that an earthquake with a seismic intensity of 5 or higher occurs in Hirakata City, we will implement the following measures to ensure the safety of our members. Please check the city’s official website and other information sources for updates, and take note of the following.
(Please note that no individual contact will be made on the day of the earthquake.)

(When an earthquake of seismic intensity 5 or higher occurs in Hirakata City)

※ All canceled lessons can be rescheduled (Make-up period: within 2 months from the date of cancellation).
※ If your make-up lesson is canceled due to the above conditions, it can be canceled and rescheduled again. (The make-up period remains within 2 months from the original absence.)
